My Approach
How we deal with our pain will determine if we are able to have sustainable peace and joy in our lives. I help clients approach grief, anger, frustration, and disappointment with kindness, compassion, and curiosity.
Kindness: Approaching ourselves with respect and without judgment.
Compassion: the act of saying and doing things to and for ourselves that reflect our desire to help heal our brokenness.
Curiosity: the desire to understand our pain and find ways to heal.
By doing this, it’s possible to find internal peace and joy even when what’s going on around you is anything but peaceful and joyful.
