Work from the inside out
How can you be calm and content when the world is crashing down on you? Work from the inside out, not from the outside in.
We are trained to believe if we can control our environment, make people around us happy, get all our work done, clean the house, finish the shopping and so forth then we can relax and be content and happy. That is a lie that works just enough to keep us stuck in the same cycle of working from the outside in.
The key to true contentment is to work from the inside out. Working together, you’ll learn to calm your inner critics, send love, compassion, kindness and curiosity to yourself, and create new positive messages to guide your life ("I am enough", "I am lovable", "It will be OK.").
I help my clients understand how to find more emotional healing, and to identify and remove obstacles in their life that prevent them from obtaining peace and joy.

Credentials
Chaucy earned her Canine Good Citizenship and is a registered Therapy Dog (registered with Intermountain Therapy Animals). While her registration expired during Covid, this in no way affects her ability to assist in the counseling process. Being registered as a Therapy Dog is so that she can visit hospitals or schools. I am currently in process of renewing her registration as a Therapy Dog.
I completed my masters in marriage and family therapy at Trevecca University, and am a licensed marriage and family therapist.
I am also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and worked as an actuary for 30 years.
